How Long is a Typical Sports Massage Session?
Sessions typically last between 45 to 90 minutes, depending on the focus and depth of the massage. We offer different session lengths to best accommodate your schedule and specific treatment needs.T Typically initial sessions will be 60 minutes, with follow-up sessions being 45 to 60 minutes. Full bodyand TMJ massages will generally be booked in for 90 minutes.
